Spectrum Redding was started March 2005 by Jeff A. Zeller CP, Cfo, in conjunction with Forest Sexton, CPO. Jeff felt that the continuity of care after Amputation, Accident or Disease could be improved from the status-quo in 2005. Armed with a sense of need, a desire for excellence and the Spectrum path Spectrum Redding was born. Spectrum Redding, is proud to be the first California Spectrum Patient Care Facility. Spectrum is the area leader in providing professional, compassionate, top-quality prosthetic and orthotic services.

Spectrum P&O is dedicated to restoring function and achieving patient independence with our personal, top-quality care. When you come to Spectrum P&O for your prosthesis or orthosis, you’re not simply just getting a device, but forging a relationship with your Prosthetist or Orthotist. Amputation is a lifelong condition, so it is vitally important that your relationship with your P&O provider be one of trust and respect, where you can count on being treated with dignity and professionalism. One of our founders, Jeff A. Zeller CP, has been a below-knee amputee since he was 17 years old, and his insights as both practitioner and patient have helped Spectrum P&O serve patients in the most professional yet also compassionate manner.

We are always on the cutting edge of the latest industry advancements, to insure optimal comfort, fit, function and cosmetic restoration of prosthetic and orthotic devices. Prosthetic and orthotic technology is constantly changing .Our practitioners are continually furthering their education through advanced seminars and coursework. This education continues to thrust Spectrum to the top rated position of “Northern California’s premier authorities in patient care”.

Our highly trained technical staff creates custom, state-of-the-art devices which are fabricated and fit in our modern facility. Many of our high quality products are fabricated on site, which allows us to provide timely fitting and immediate adjustments. The materials and techniques used in the design of your specific device, require both a scientific as well as artistic approach. Many of those fabricating your device come from the Wood Working, Graphic Arts and Mechanical trades. This fabrication team allows Spectrum to make the perfect prosthesis or orthosis for you.

Spectrum P&O cares for pediatric through geriatric patients and works with most insurance companies. Our patient base is broad and our practitioners have experience with all types of modern prosthetics and orthotics wearers. Our office team is well-versed in dealing with the various insurance companies, such as Medicare, Medi-Cal , VA and many other insurance companies.  We are always working on contracting with new insurances companies, please contact our office staff to find out if we can accept your insurance.
